Harbor‘s entrance into the VALORANT competition scene caused a stir. Together with the introduction of the newest agent came revised maps, improved user interface elements, and refined aesthetics. Nonetheless, he’ll be sitting on the sidelines for a while this month.
A number of players have reported an issue with the VALORANT agent: Harbor’s ultimate ability results in severe latency spikes. That’s why his finest move was the ultimate in ultimates.
Players would be struck with a barrage of stuns while also falling behind the competition. Riot’s developers are already hard at work on a fix because of how plainly broken the current implementation is.
The developers of VALORANT said that they will be “disabling the Agent in Competitive queue, for now.” In the meanwhile, Harbor mains will have to hold tight until they can once again take control of their preferred agency.
HARBOR

In certain situations, Harbor’s ultimate power is to cause unexpected delays. For the time being, we’ll no longer be supporting the Agent in Competitive queue. Stay tuned for more information.
Developers from Riot Games have told fans to “keep posted for any information” about the new agent, but have not said when they will return.
Thankfully, he isn’t a major player in the metagame right now. Unless someone is intentionally throwing you a curve ball, he probably won’t be in the vast majority of your early encounters.
Not only is this not the first time an agent has been removed from VALORANT matching in recent years, but it’s also not the most recent. By 2020, gamers that relied on Omen had discovered a bug that allowed him to traverse otherwise impassable barriers. After the Riot developers realized the problem, they temporarily took him out of the game to fix it.
Harbour will hopefully return to tear VALORANT apart once more very soon.
